Creating a photo album.

To create an album (for a class photo session, kindergarten photo session, wedding photo session, etc.), click the "Add Album" button. In the window that appears, enter a name for the session (New Album) and click "Next." Fill in all the fields. Enter anything you want in the code field; the code will be encrypted, and in the "Order Code" column, you`ll see the password you`ll give the customer to access the order page, where they can select photos, the formats you offer, prices, and place their order. Close the form windows and click [Unclear] in your account. You will see the created album in the album table.

Uploading Photos

In the album table, in the "Album" column, clicking on the album name (in blue) takes you to the photo upload page. You can upload either one photo at a time or a full *.zip archive.
(We recommend uploading photos with a watermark to prevent downloading from the website.) After the archive is uploaded, a message confirming the successful upload will appear on the page. After uploading, refresh the page and you will see the photos uploaded to this album. When an album is created, a folder with a unique name is created on the server for each album. Photos from this album will not be added to another album.

Creating a Price List

After creating an album and uploading photos, you need to create a price list for this album. Use the menu on the right to go to the "Price Lists" page. Click the green "New Price List" button to open the price list creation window. Name the price list after the album (to avoid confusion). Refresh the page and see "New Price List" in the price list table. Now you need to add items to the price list; the "Add Item" window opens. Name the item the customer will see, specify the upload directory, click "Next," and fill in the remaining fields. Click "Save" and close the window. Repeat this step to create items the customer will see (example: photo on a mug, hardcover album, 10x15, 20x30, etc.). Now, in the price list table, if you click the "Show Items" button, you will see all the items in this price list. A separate folder is created on the server for each item, where you will upload archives for the customer.

Payment

This version doesn`t yet support online payment directly on the website, but this can be resolved. Accept payment for orders by phone number or using a QR code, which you can place on the website pages.

Working with Orders

To view orders, go to the "Orders" page. In the orders table, you can see all the order information and control buttons. To see which photos the user ordered, click the "Show Photos" button; the photos selected by the customer will be displayed in the lower window. We assemble the order, pack it into a *.zip archive, click the upload button, and upload the archive to the server. Name the archive using the customer`s email address (example). After this, click the notification button and send the customer a completed order notification with a download link for the archive containing the ordered photos. Naturally, this is only an electronic delivery. The order itself (photos on canvas, photos on ceramics, photos in a frame, etc.) is decided with the customer. The archive is uploaded to the desired folder and a download link is emailed to the customer automatically. On the right side of the table, the red light icon (indicating that the order archive has not been downloaded) changes to a green checkmark after the archive is downloaded (indicating that the archive has been downloaded), and the archive name will appear in the "Archive" column. After the archive is downloaded, click the notification button in the order line; a notification with a link to the archive containing the photos they selected is sent to the customer`s email.

Deleting

Don`t rush when deleting either. First, to completely delete an album, you need to go to the "Price List" page. Find the album`s price list in the table, and select "Show Items." Delete all items from the price list.
Then delete the price list itself. Now you can delete the album. This will not only delete the album from the database, but also delete all album files from the server (photo folders, user archives, etc.).

The manager`s dashboard and the website`s administrative control panel are separate. The manager`s dashboard provides detailed help for managing albums, price lists, and orders.
